Hiring a real estate professional just makes sense when it comes to selling your home - especially one who is backed by the strength of Prudential Network Realty. Let's just touch on some of the highlights:
- Marketing real estate is an art and goes beyond just yard signs and classified advertising. Networking and achieving maximum exposure for your property with a thorough introduction to others in the real estate community plays an important role in nearly all home sales.
- Prudential Real Estate is the only provider of Prudential Value Range Marketingsm in North America. Prudential Value Range Marketingsm attracts more potential buyers to look at your home. That can mean a quicker sale at a fair price.
- Don't forget the international market! With more than 2,000 member offices of the Prudential Real Estate Network throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and more than 64,000 sales professionals worldwide, we have access to a vast pool of buyers locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
- Are potential sellers coming from out of state? If so, Prudential Referral Services© provides the network with potential buyers who must relocate within a limited time period because of corporate transfers.
- Through our Local REALTORS® Network that we use in each city where we work, Prudential's real estate professionals facilitate cooperation and exchange of information between brokers - creating an additional marketing opportunity used to generate qualified buyers and leads for your property.
- Important information about your property is also submitted to the Multiple Listing Service - a valuable resource widely used by the real estate community and is highly effective in increasing awareness of your property.
